The instant Sophie and I started discussing her vision for her wedding at Sweet Cheeks Winery, I knew it was going to be a party. Pierre has a lot of family in France and a majority of them flew in just to attend the wedding and see all the stunning wineries that Oregon has to offer. It was such a cool experience as a photographer to hear so many conversations happening in both English and French. Everyone was in the best spirits to enjoy the wine and take in the absolute stunning surroundings that Sweet Cheeks Winery has to offer as your wedding backdrop.

Hear me when I say I am a red girl through and through, but their Rose Rosy Cheeks has me in an absolute chokehold. Reflecting the region's terroir and winemaking expertise, each bottle captures the essence of Oregon's wine culture. With a commitment to sustainability and quality, Sweet Cheeks Winery stands as a favorite among wine enthusiasts, delivering authentic and memorable experiences.
Sweet Cheeks Winery Wedding Ceremony and Reception Space:
Sweet Cheeks Winery provides a charming vineyard setting for wedding ceremonies. Surrounded by verdant hills and lush greenery, this outdoor space offers a serene and picturesque backdrop for couples to exchange vows. With ample room the venue can accomodate up to 200 guests. 130 guests can fit on the outside patio along with 70 guests at their all weather Vista Room. The vineyard allows for intimate and large weddings alike.

What was your favorite thing about your wedding venue?
The view!! We did very little decorating at the venue because the natural beauty there is spectacular. Especially at sunset! Sweet Cheeks is also super accessible, we had a few very important guests that were in wheelchairs and they could easily get around.
What is a favorite moment or thing you did on your wedding day?
At the very end of the day, probably the last hour or so it started misting/raining. It was an absolutely magical way to end the best day!
Any advice for future couples planning their wedding?
Create a binder! I had a few copies that I gave to my maid of honor, one each for our immediate families, and one for the venue coordinator. This really helped streamline everything and that way I didn’t have to worry aout anything because the timeline was accessible to folks who needed it/had questions!

Jessi is simply put THE BEST! We worked with her for our Engagement Photos as well as for our Wedding. She made everyone so comfortable from start to finish and is truly a wealth of knowledge and willing to help with so many aspects of your special day. She managed to photograph all of the tender moments, as well as all of the silly/crazy dance floor moments throughout the day. She has such a talent for capturing your essence as a couple and tailoring your experience. I will 100% be using Jessi again and recommending her to all my family and friends. P.S. I also used Jessi for Boudoir photos and she made me feel so confident and comfortable and all the photos were absolutely gorgeous, and incredibly tasteful.
